Police investigate fatal collision in Narre Warren East

Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal collision in Narre Warren East this morning.

Emergency services responded to reports of a collision between a motorcycle and a truck at the intersection of Wellington and Muddy Creek roads about 11.30am.

The rider, who is yet to be formally identified, died at the scene.

The driver and sole occupant of the truck stopped at the scene and is speaking with police.

The investigation remains ongoing.
