Circumstances:

Sam was last seen by family members on 28 June 2000 at his Westmeadows Lane address in Hoppers Crossing.

He was picked up by a vehicle, believed to be a 1978-1982 Ford Fairlane, by two men and two women.

He took all of his belongings and told family he was moving to Adelaide to live, in a bid to avoid an upcoming court appearance.

Sam has not been heard of or seen since that day and there are no known possible sightings.

After not hearing from Sam for several years, family members became increasingly concerned and reported him missing in 2004.
