Victoria Police LGBTIQA+ employee networks

Victoria Police networks to support our LGBTIQA+ employees and our approach to allyship.

At Victoria Police we embrace the diversity of our employees and are proud to work with our LGBTIQA+ members.

Representing Victoria's LGBTIQA+ communities in our workforce helps us create trust with our community. It also allows us to provide a fair policing service.

We have a variety of networks to support our LGBTIQA+ colleagues and allies, and at all times support an inclusive and fair workplace.
